Made an appointment to see Heather with a shoulder injury from a carr accident several years ago.
Heather was very clear in explaining the process and after initial examination found the cause of the discomfort.
Carried out massage treatment on the affected muscles and then some strength exercises.
Discussed physio that I could continue at home on a daily basis, and follow up treatment.
With Heather's knowledge of injuries and treatment options I felt very reassured and am looking forward to the road to recovery with support from the team at HD Sports Therapy.

I can't speak highly enough of Heather! I've been with her since day dot (before H.d sports therapy) and seeing her grow H.d sports therapy to what it is today is brilliant. I have a physical job and hobby therefore I have had plenty of injuries, Heather Is the person I turn to everytime. Her knowledge, compasion and care are second to non. I wouldn't trust anyone else! I have sports therapy sessions and P.T sessions with Heather on a regular basis to maintain old injuries and prevent future one.
