I have been seeing Matt on a monthly basis for nearly a year. I do work long hours at my desk, admittedly not taking enough care of my posture, hence I often have tense shoulders and neck pains. Matt is really good at finding the tight spots in my back, neck and shoulders and goes deep enough to get the knots out. Matt has a very calming effect and I feel very at ease and comfortable in his treatment room. After his massages I definitely feel less tense and more relaxed.
