Worst doctors surgery in Felixstowe. Take days to get back to you on askmygp app just to then not even give you an appointment. I stayed in hospital for a week and then needed the doctors surgery to investigate further on my condition but I got refused an appointment and was told to take laxatives for the rest of my life!! They are very reluctant to help or even try. Been back and forth for over a year trying to get help with serious bowel issues and each time just ignored. There was only ever one nice doctor there that actually put me in for a blood test for coeliac disease. Now I have moved to another surgery in Felixstowe and they booked me in (on the first day of being with them) for all the necessary tests that should have been done a year ago for inflammatory bowel disease. Do not know how this practise gets away with the neglect and reluctancy to help- apart from the minority.

Staff are rube doctor TALK OVER .YOU MY MUM IS HOUSE BOUND I UPSET WAY Haven health not sort complaint out over and Doctor was a rude and aggressive patient towards Distance nurses should come out my son not rude other way round spical Doctor who talks over you social work sort open hole in both legs she not get to fleixstwoe a&e in town so the doctor surgery mum house Bound social work not happy with nurses or doctors

I've recently moved practice to Haven and they cannot do enough to help. I've been with Haven for a few months now and they have done more for me in this time than my last practice had done in years. I called them regarding my mother and they also arranged a scan after I requested they do so. They are so efficient, they get my prescriptions and requests actioned within the same day. How could someone not be happy with this service. I am so happy I moved practice, the staff are kind, understanding and very professional. Their rating should be much higher, what a great team!!

Lovely place who genuinely care for everyone who is a patient. I have some serious mental health issues and they are beyond understanding, especially certain practitioners. Also, any physical ailments are analysed to a seriously professional level by the gp’s and you are left feeling content and in safe hands.

Not a bad word to say about this GP! I was so nervous when I moved to Felixstowe 3 years ago, after having such a good GP in my hometown down South I never thought anywhere else would compare. How wrong I was! From the moment I moved here I have never had a bad experience. All the staff reception/nurses/doctors etc are so polite and friendly. The online Ask My GP facility is brilliant (far better than the old e-consult one, that was a little long-winded), I always get a response very quickly and a call back/appointment when necessary, nothing ever seems too much hassle! Well deserved 5-stars 🙂 Thank you Haven Health.

Never had a problem with reminders of appointments for my children but decided after one bad experience that I had to return to my own surgery I would if my doctor ever left return here.
It's conveniet n my area.
This Surgery its convenient for both cars, wheelchairs as it's easy to get to the door. And parking is free and close to the pharmacist. Recently the receptionists have been extremely helpful

As someone with very complex health I feel extremely fortunate to have Haven Health as my Doctors surgery the staff from the care navigators,HCA’s,Nurses and doctors are all incredibly kind and helpful they go out of their way to help me even if it’s just reassurance nothing is to much trouble and most importantly they listen.
I rate this surgery highly and I’ve been to most of the others but for me this one is the best by far.
A massive Thankyou to all the staff at Haven Health keep doing what you’re doing because the quality of the care I receive is outstanding and that’s massively appreciated xxx

A huge "thank you" to the lovely Simon who spent time with me yesterday dealing with my "problems" - more especially the "dome in the ear one"! He was kind, humorous, and patient! Also thank you to the Receptionist who ensured I could access "Ask your GP" - she, too was kind and helpful. All in all excellent service.
