Hatty is so lovely! Have been to Hatty a few times for a facial and have felt extremely comfortable and relaxed. Feels like such a treat!! Hatty is very knowledgable and was happy to talk me through things when I asked. Skin was left looking so clear and glowy. Can’t wait for my next one!

I had been suffering with my skin for as long as I can remember. I have Been having regular treatments since March with Hatty along side using the products recommended at home and my skin is no longer massively problematic. I was so nervous visiting for the first time as I felt I might be judged ( as I had been from previous facial appointments from other places) but Hatty is honestly so down to earth, welcoming and just lovely and professional. The best place to get a facial locally. Hatty's facials are really effective and make a visable difference to your skin. These are not your typical run of the mill spa facials. Hatty is a thoroughly lovely person too!
