I would highly recommend Helen at Hart Psychology. I found Helen when I was in a really bad place and had been suffering with anxiety and depression for many years.

I had seen various therapists over the years which had helped a bit but I always found treatment quite awkward and relief short-lived. But with Helen I quickly felt at ease and she truly got me and understood my situation.

I can honestly say that working with Helen has changed my life for the better. I now feel I’m able to cope with life and get through the hard times that would’ve previously felt unbearable. Thank you Helen.

Much like Old Basing it’s hard to get an appointment, you never see the same doctor and leave with no progress! Honestly easier to queue up and wait at A&E. I genuinely had a better and more personal service when I lived in London. Looking forward to moving house in january because I’m afraid I have nothing positive to say about these sister practises. Hopeless! Go elsewhere!!! If they can’t cater for the patients they have, they shouldn’t accept anymore onto their books!

This has been my 'doctors' since moving to Odiham 25 years ago and as I have a number of long term health issues I visit both surgeries often. I can honestly say I always receive an excellent friendly service by caring professional and admin staff. No problems getting an apointment urgently if really needed and routine needs such as asthma checks, regular blood tests and repeat perscriptions are dealt with efficiently and timely. My asthma is managed particularly well with regular reviews and during bad times being seen by a doctor (yes the same one) three times a week to monitor progress. Even offering to call an ambulance for weekend admisdion to hospital to ensure I was monitored over a weekend when the surery was closed. I also suffer from arthritis which is managed equally well. They offer pain relief injections into some jonts in surgery with others managed y referal. In addition, referrals to consultants are efficient and timely with alternative hospitals being suggested if long waiting times in Basingstoke would cause an issue.

And finally, in response to the 'negative' feedback from some reviewers. Whilst understanding your frustration(s), I do hope you have voiced your issues/concerns with either the member of staff or the practice manager directly as how else will they be able to address these. With regards to the comments about Dr Ezeh, having seen her a number of times she has proven to be kind, caring and engaging, and extremly thorough in her diagnosis.

Absolutely horrendous. I know I was spoilt rotten having Dr. Shand as my GP, yet nothing excuses Dr. Ezeh. Dr Ezeh avoids eye contact, I only really saw her back, then she said she was running late, had other patients to see, and couldn't make time for me. A brick wall would have been more helpful, more sympathetic. I don't like going to doctors, don't want to waste their time. I only go when absolutely necessary. I'd rather die in misery than see Dr Ezeh ever again

Doctors here have the same problems they have elsewhere. Appointments are usually available at a decent time. Clinic is clean and has plenty of parking. An ok clinic.

Never had an issue. Other than having to pay for parking in busy times.
