I have been with HOH for over 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Over the years I go on and off for neck & back osteopath treatments with Phil. The last set of treatments was for a fall, I sprained my ankle and messed up my back. In no time I was back on track. I have recommended HOH to so many family members & friends who all have been really pleased with their treatments from Phil. Can't recommend them enough.

Been visiting H O H for over 2 years + on a regular 4/5 week appointment for a shoulder pain problem, which was cured by Phil within a very short period of time.
However, decided as an OAP to continue with regular visits as my future insurance against any further problems, which has proved to be a good decision.
No hesitation in recommending this practice to others for a very friendly service and treatment ?

Had debilitating migraines/headaches from my neck for years, tried Physios etc but nothing worked until I went to see Phil at Hand on Healthcare who made a full explanation of my problem and after a few sessions I was able have a social life again. I have a monthly appointment, as being a tall guy, my posture isn't the best and my work as an engineer can aggrivate my joints/ muscles etc. Highly recommend visiting
