Jane had helped me in the past, so even though I moved out of the area, i decided that it was worth the hour + drive to see her for a hip problem. Jane is professional, friendly and works on solving the underlying issue, not just the symptoms. The followup stretches and exercises, sent online, are really useful too. Highly recommended.

My baby really struggled with colic so I was recommended to try osteopathy. My little one saw Ann who was fantastic. She really took her time to get familiar with his situation and after our first session he slept 7 hours straight. We had a few more sessions and Ann was really flexible which we really appreciated. Will definitely be back with the next one, colic or no colic.

Jane definitely has the healing hands! She is caring and very knowledgeable. After a few regular treatments I have experienced a HUGE improvement in chronic back and neck pain and mobility level. Lovely treatment room too. Would highly recommend !!!

I have been coming to hands on health for years because of a lifelong back issue . I have always been very impressed by Jane’s knowledge , professionalism and her incredible treatments . Without Jane’s support and service I would struggle with my back and probably would be more immobile and stiff .
Jane’s treatments , follow up service and the stretches she gives me on my program have made a huge difference to my flexibility. Can not rate her service enough . 5 star all the way

Jane was so welcoming at my first session and immediately got to work on my bad lower back. Absolute magic because once my session was over, I felt like a well-oiled machine!
