Been a patient here for some time i have always been happy with the treatment I receive , the receptionist are always very nice and accommodating. My only criticism would be nearly every appointment I go to Mathew is always running late I know he is a busy man . I would like the receptionist to maybe give me a call saying that he was running late and not to come in at the time I have been allocated. That would be much appreciated

Matthew is a true professional i have been attending hamilton chiropractor's for over 15 years in that time Matthew has help me personally with resetting my pelvis from old boxing injury's.

My family business cherry landscaping all of our employees are sent to Matthew for continues alinements to prevent any back injuries or strained muscles due to heavy lifting.

We have also sent customer's to hamilton chiropractic to witch Matthew has helped them with a verity of problems to witch all

Been going to Matthew for a few years now and seen a massive difference in my pain. Matthew and the receptionists are lovely and really care about your progress. We also took our little baby who suffered from digestion issues and he is sleeping , eating and a lot more settled and happy. Can’t recommend enough

Excellent Service. Very Happy with results. I pulled a back muscle over 2 years ago - was in real pain for about 6 weeks straight ( at the time ) then it eased off. But every month or so it would come back for a day or two then go away again. And I put off dealing with it. There was always an excuse: work, to busy, family etc.

So more recently it was getting worse again. The wife and family were on at me to seek proper help for it. Spent 2 years on NHS waiting list then thought ( there are people in worse shape and condition than me ) who should be seen first by NHS etc. So looked up my nearest local Chiropractic Clinics. This place looked to have the best results and im sure somone i worked with also mentioned it in passing and had good words to say.

So after 4 to 5 visits of weekly appointments - I feel night and day better from the first day I walked in. I will be going back whenever I feel it needed or if i start getting back pain again. So far so good.

Great Service and Staff. Very Professional and know what they are doing. Highly Recommended !

I have been going to this practice for a good number of years but ended up walking out today after the way in which the so called receptionist spoke to me! I queried the initial payment of £45 as I wasn’t a newby and suggested discussing it with Mathew. This was agreed but then she said if I didn’t think the price was fair I shouldn’t have bothered coming over! I won’t back whilst this person is at the helm!

I attended with a movement disorder i.e. losing movement of my left jand and diminishing control doen left side of body (arm and leg).

Matthew is very knowledgeable in his field and did set my expectation that chiropractic treatment isnt always appropriate for all types of ailments. I engaged in some initial treatments on this basis.

Sadly, in my instance, there was no significant reduction in symptoms and we have agrred to duscontinue treatment. I am also consulting a neurologist, who is investigating potential indicators of neurological disease such as MS and Parkinsons. I am 47 years of age.

I couldn’t step off a pavement without pain. I visited Dr Colin Shearer and even after the first visit the difference was like night and day!! Everyone who dealt with me treated me with respect. I would recommend without hesitation.

Just came away from my appointment in tears never even got past reception . I have waited 2 weeks for this appointment my back is in agony , you need to teach you’re receptionist some customer service skills spoke to like she was an old school teacher absolutely embarrassed by the whole scenario , got to my appointment early so parked in the car park the way the other car was parked I had to make space so there would possibly be 3 car spaces but not the way it was parked , one of you’re customers or I’m not sure if she worked there was so rude pointing at me as she couldn’t get parked in the tiny space . I then goes into reception to explain this and the receptionist was telling me to calm down I was only explaining I never once raised my voice spoke to me like I’m 5 not nearly 40 .

Now need to probably find another chiropractor and wait another 2 weeks . I am not one for writing reviews but as a business owner myself my clients well being and happiness is of upmost importance to me I will tell no one to book in here again I was recommended this place and you’re receptionist let you down !!
