Helen is a truly amazing woman, she so welcoming and kind and has such talented hands. I went for a neck/back/shoulder massage which was out of this world. Helen also did some Reiki which has really made me feel so different, in such a good way. This came at the right time in my life and completely relaxed me. I couldn’t recommend Helen enough, you will leave her feeling like a new person. To anybody reading this is highly recommend you book in with Helen!!

With all that is going on in the world at the moment, it is more important than ever before that we take a little time out for own self-care.

The therapy space is a beautiful bespoke build located in the garden of Helens home, thoughtfully constructed with relaxation in mind and is my tranquil haven for an hour.

Helen is quite simply amazing. She has a warm, friendly, professional approach and a natural ability help you feel comfortable / at ease. If you are new to exploring holistic treatments she can offer guidance about what might be right for you. I have tried Indian head massage, aromatherapy and reiki - all of which are excellent and have helped my sense of general well-being hugely. Make that call, book the appointment, give it a try and you won’t look back.

I am a regular visitor to helen for reiki and facial reflexology so when she told me about pellowah I just had to try it. So the idea is to totally immerse yourself into your inner world whilst helen works her pellowah magic. This really allows you to tune in and be truly open to the sensations. It left me totally relaxed and clear of mind with improved sleep. What's not to love about that, thank you helen xx❤️❤️
