I highly recommend Guy for therapy. I hadn't undertaken any counselling before, but Guy's calm, explorative and encouraging approach meant I quickly felt relaxed and able to discuss my issues fully. Couldn't recommend enough. I had never seen a counsellor before and had never really experienced too much distinct mental health issues but after running into some problems that I hadn't experienced the scale of before I sought out Guy's help.

I've been seeing Guy for about 6 months. The clarity and positivity that I have now finishing my sessions versus the uncertainty and 'cloudiness' of my state starting the sessions is night and day. Breaking down and talking through issues one by one with Guy really helped me better understand my feelings towards these issues to help get me to the place where I am now in being much more comfortable and positive.

Guy is incredibly easy and comforting to talk to whilst also feeling very confident in his advice and guidance. As I said, I couldn't recommend Guy enough.
