I am an extremely critical individual but I can say hand on heart, this GP surgery has been the best one I've ever known. People complaining have no idea how good they have it. Since I've been here everything has been perfect. They treat you with respect, listen to you and actually care and complete relevant referrals in a timely manner

This surgery never fails to amaze me. The systems now in place to make things easier to get an appointment via the rapid health are fantastic. Receptionists on the phone are always helpful and I the response via rapid health is literally rapid. Today I was prescribed something for my daughter and once home I wanted to change something to make administering more easier. Filled in the form on the website and within ten mins dr had issued me a new prescription which ultimately means quicker recovery time for my little girl who’s really suffering at the moment. I’m sure at other places these things would take lots of phone calls and days to complete. If I could give them more than 5* I would!

I had an appointment with Sister Susan Webb, who was superb. The practice was running on time and Sister Susan Webb had a really lovely demeanour. She took the time to examine me, diagnose and explain the problem I had in detail - and then went on to answer all of my questions before prescribing me with some medicine. Everything you’d want from a visit to your local GP. Thank you!

Expect to wait at least 15 minutes if you're number 1 in a qué. They will send you to Lichfield's Darwin medical centre not caring that you don't drive and knowing that public transport will take you longer so you WILL be late but as the receptionist said 'not my problem'. You'll have to call 111 to get at least a phone call appointment with this GP (you know, because you'll spend an hour being numer 14 in the que and when you get to number one there still won't be anyone to pickup the phone) but you will have to wait hours before they will actually call you, and even then they will diagnose you though the phone, just looking at pictures hoping that my camera captured it correctly. Private is the only option - you'll be seen and they will diagnose you correctly.

Had a fantastic experience since registering a few years ago. Have had multiple same day appointments and went for a smear recently and the nurse Chloe was amazing, her beside manner was fantastic and she put me at ease and explained the procedure to me. My experience has been amazing.

I called to get an appointment with a Doctor today. I was very concerned about something that's happened. I told the receptionist who was really very nice, and got an appointment this afternoon. I saw Dr Mannon. She was very thorough, very gentle, explained everything going forward. Thankfully, it's very rare I need to see a GP and I'm very pleased and satisfied with Darwin Practice.

Receptionists are really helpful, the doctors and staff I have spoken with have all been so personable and always managed to find a suitable solution. I have always received a call back when requested - even when being cut off due to signal, which is rare! It doesn’t take hours to get through - the quickest doctors practice I’ve dealt with locally. I felt like I needed to have a nurse / GP review but it wasn’t urgent, so I used the NHS APP. Explained symptoms & what I felt could help etc … less than 48 hours later I received a text to ring and make an appointment. I waited till a less busy time to ring. The reception staff were amazing got me in to see a nurse Allison that day (who was amazing) and an on call doctor rang me the following day (Dr Clarke) and I had a new medication ready to pick up by the evening. I’ve gotta say the NHS APP is a total game changer for non urgent GP ponderings and repeat medicines. I really appreciated the effort and hard work of everyone there to get me seen and sorted asap. Thank you.
