My first visit to the Green Ayurveda Spa was a birthday present. Since then, I've made 10 visits, and more are planned. I feel very fortunate to have found this place, which I consider to be a real gift to our area here in Yorkshire. It's too early to say exactly what effect the consultations and massage therapy have had on my autoimmune disease (which doesn't seem to respond well to most experimental treatments that I have tried), but I can say that I come away from every session feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful, after time spent in compassionate and expert hands. That alone is worth going back for. I feel fairly confident that these treatments are good for my health condition, and I can say with certainty that they are good for the soul! The team is highly knowledgeable and highly skilled, as well as deeply caring.

An amazing day, Dr Jolly has an amazing knowledge of Ayurveda and yoga practices. I was very comfortable talking to him and enjoyed a one to one yoga session. My treatments were fabulous finished off with wonderful steam bath.

The venue is superb, authentic, quiet and serene, just being there is therapy. As a yoga teacher I can recommend everything about the Green Ayurvedic Spa. Wish I lived nearer, thank you🙏
