Fantastic final result with my son starting a full time graduate role that he is very happy with and that he is finding stimulating and challenging. Equally importantly, on starting with Graduate Coach I saw an immediate change in my son’s confidence, enthusiasm and general wellbeing as he was given face to face guidance and encouragement on his CV preparation, interview technique and provided with valuable work experience via the digital internship. I was struggling with a career change for a while and felt there was no way forward. Until I came across Chris's book and advice. After graduating our son spent 3 months applying for lots of grad jobs, regularly getting through the online psychometric tests only to falter at the interview or assessment centre stage. On starting with Graduate Coach our son trusted Chris and his team completely working with Will on improving his CV, his LinkedIn profile, his cover letters and with Chris on his interview and assessment centre skills. It gave him structure, direction, motivation, vastly improved interview skills and importantly confidence. Their rapid response to requests for support for new job applications, or preparation for interviews or assessment centres was both reassuring and impressive. We, as parents, just knew that we were able to step back and let Chris and his team support our son through to getting the grad job he deserved. We never doubted that that would be the outcome. Chris gave him the skills and self-confidence to help him through an assessment centre to land a graduate scheme role in a blue-chip company. Not only that, after receiving the job offer, he had the confidence to go travelling on his own in Asia before starting his job in August (assuming he comes back from his travels!) I found Chris when I was starting my final year at University and looking for graduate schemes. As an international student, I was aware that it is very challenging to get an offer. Chris has profound knowledge of the UK job market and is very well aware of the system. He especially helped me to prepare for my interviews, understand what to pay attention to during the assessment centres and the type of candidate each company is looking for. After our son had graduated and also completed a MA he was struggling to get a job. Despite completing 100s of applications and having many interviews he faltered at the last stages. A friend recommended Graduate Coach and what a talented company they are. Chris, Josh and the team supported Henry helping him build a number of different CVS, updating his Linkedin profile and getting him to think outside the box. The Graduate team supported Henry with interview techniques and ensuring he was prepping for all his interviews whether they were in person or online. Chris Davies and the graduate coach programme was recommended to me when my son was struggling to secure any graduate level job interviews, following multiple applications. Worried and frustrated we reached out to Chris for guidance and after a few short weeks of meeting up, my son had not only secured an interview but he was then offered the job. Chris gave him feedback and therefore confidence going into the interview which made a huge difference. I feel comfortable that Chris will not only support him as his career begins but will also continue to be an excellent mentor and advisor as he progresses into other roles. I came to Chris after 8 months doing a job I really didn't enjoy. Over the course of 3 months, he and the team taught me how to search for the right jobs, how to write a better cover letter, and how to improve my CV & LinkedIn. I sent in lots of applications, with the guidance of Chris and Harry, and a few weeks later began receiving interview invitations. Chris and Will were great interview coaches and I drastically improved my skills under them. I progressed to the final stages of a few applications and received a couple of offers. I'll be starting a new job soon and can't wait - so thank you Chris and the team! I've got only positive things to say.
