It has been amazing working with Kathy over the past year. She has equipped me with tools I will be able to use in future to enable me to cope much better in stressful situations. She has helped me conquer overthinking, and allowed me to step off the hamster wheel in my mind. Joy wasn’t something I felt before our sessions, I am enjoying work and home life and feel happiness. I would recommend her sessions to anyone

I attended a well-being session for SENDCo's led by Kathy on 19.11.2021. I found Kathy to be really helpful in the run up to the session and during the session she was both informative about how to support well-being but empathetic to the demands of the role and what is realistic. She managed a good balance between providing strategies and encouraging thinking as well as the opportunity to reflect individually and within break out rooms with other SENDCo's. Kathy showed a real willingness to want to support by sharing her own knowledge through research and experience. Thank you

I can't recommend Kathy's coaching sessions highly enough. Her experience as an Educational Psychologist enables her to offer insightful advice. Kathy enabled me to dig through a tangle of ideas and unravel the things that are important to me, bringing to life an aspirational plan with achievable goals. I came out of the sessions with greater self belief and strategies to quieten negative self talk.
