My husband and I went to Elaine for support after a period of high stress had put some strain on us as a couple after twelve years of marriage. She was immediately friendly and approachable, and got to grips with our situation very rapidly to supply us with some genuinely useful exercises and tools to use together to help both "come down" from the stressful period and reinforce our relationship with positivity. She was empathetic, enthusiastic and yet optimistic with us every session, helping us to roadmap our way out of a tough corner and come back even stronger together. We had maybe half a dozen sessions with her in all and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone in any kind of relationship looking for anything from a tune-up to a full overhaul; at all points she was looking for real solutions for us, not just ways to keep us on as a retained client fee, which was very refreshing! Absolutely A* and then some.
