Turned up for appointment and salon was closed. Rang sister salon and told the salon had contacted me in the morning and also left me a voicemail. Both untrue. I was a regular customer, I certainly will not give them my custom again. On not being able to reply to the owner's response, I would like to address the fact that the salon always texts me after an appointment or with any offers. The simple action of texting a cancellation would have spared them lost custom
