A few years ago I attended a horse assisted therapy session at Glint and it was remarkable. There was a small group of us who were given group tasks to complete with the horses. We didn't ride the horses and no prior experience was needed. I am not a horsey person and have had no experience around them previously so I was astonished at the impact the session had.
Heidi helped us all to understand our individual power and strength through our interaction with her horses and it is something that has stayed with me ever since. Heidi is skilled at understanding the needs of the people she is working with, identifying how the therapy activities can help them and supporting each individual to achieve their goal. Her gentle, nurturing warmth makes everyone feel accepted and welcome and she is very skilled at using her horses to help people connect with themselves and others.

I'd like to congratulate Heidi and the team at Glint for providing Horse Assisted Development to me and my team members. At first we weren't sure how it would work for team dynamics but we were absolutely blown away by what we got out of it! Heidi your coaching and direction is outstanding, and we came away from the day with a more cohesive team who understands each other more than we did before we attended. I had a few sessions with Heidi just before they relocated. Loved being near the horses even thought I feared them. Learnt a lot about myself which helped alot. If I lived nearer I'd still be going. Heidi is a lovely lady, I wish Heidi well for the future.

If you find people difficult, or you have tried therapies/ counselling that didn't help, then I highly recommend GLINT. Heidi and her horses are magnificent. She is calm, caring, careful and extremely supportive, whilst her horses will give you exactly what you need ......wherever you are in your head.
