I was recommended to Gill during one of the most turbulent periods of my life, and I can’t express enough how deeply her support has impacted me. When my husband unexpectedly left our family home with his daughter, I was devastated, grappling with feelings of insecurity, fear, and grief over the sudden loss of both my partner and stepdaughter. The situation took an even darker turn as harsh comments about my appearance left me feeling unworthy of love and happiness.
Gill has been instrumental in helping me rebuild. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to tailor sessions to meet individual needs. At times, I just needed someone to listen without judgment, and Gill was there, providing the empathy and support I desperately needed. She reminded me that one person’s opinion does not define my worth and gave me hope that happiness was still possible.
In addition to her compassionate listening, Gill introduced me to timeline therapy, a powerful tool that allowed me to address past issues holding me back from a brighter future. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve gained the resilience to face what lies ahead with strength and self-acceptance.
My only regret is how much I will miss our sessions together. I wholeheartedly recommend Gill to anyone in need of a therapist, life coach, or simply a compassionate guide through difficult times. Thank you for everything, Gill—you have truly changed my life.

I reached out to Gill in 2020 as I was particularly interested in having some NLP therapy, to help me excel in both my professional and personal life and felt that this would help me achieve my goals, regain perspective on what’s important and to let go of what isn’t. We work in a high pressured environment at the best of times, throw in a pandemic, working from home in isolation and a house sale falling through, it all became a bit overwhelming to say the least.
Gill helped me through this and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done, after a few sessions I felt a lot better and was ready to take on the world again. I would highly recommend Gill for anyone looking to gain more confidence and understand yourself better. In the 6 months I worked with her, we took the time to work out what I value in life and where I can look to improve, both at work and outside of work.
I had not realised just how much my self-belief and confidence had been holding me back, however, being able to talk through certain circumstances and concerns with Gill has helped me understand what is important to me and where I was spending time overthinking and unnecessarily worrying. One approach in particular she used was Eye Movement Therapy which really helped to detach fear from worries which had built up over time.
Where before I couldn’t envision my future beyond the stressful week at work ahead of me, I can now plan out exactly where I want to be and how I am going to get there, without letting doubt and confidence get in the way. I was familiar with NLP before but having Gill’s support and knowledge to tailor techniques to my life and what I want to achieve has been brilliant.
