My nails are exactly the same length as when I left... I asked for them to be short as they were bitten nails And itis not my issue. My problem is with the Gelish cover. I usually write reviews for something that I am not quite happy with, and I didnt think it's impolite and not a good manner or different businesses! As I am quite new here! and I never paid 45 for this level of service....I am not happy at all but it seems reviews are more important than coustomers. I will come and show you what I am talking about. I went on Saturday, and it was closed.

I’ve been getting different treatments from Gems for years. The staff are always so friendly and go above and beyond for all their clients. I get my nails done by Clare there and she always does an incredible job.

I have used Gems for years and would highly recommend! The staff are friendly and really care about their customers. I had my hair done last week - great job by Lauren! Lovely experience as always and it felt very safe with regards to C-19 safety measures which are in place at the salon. Thank you!

I would really recommend this salon.. went today with my mum, who had a stroke 2 years ago so my mum needs some reassuring and encouragement with things.. the girls in the salon was fantastic ,friendly and very welcoming putting my mum a ease.. they spoke to her as a person and not down to her.. I my self felt relaxed with it all.. I will be returning.. thank you so much for everything the owner should be proud to have staff like that..

First visit , very impressed ! Robyn applied Calgel Overlays which look really good.Beautiful salon , friendly but efficient staff ,who make you welcome.Booked my next appointment ! See you in August.
