Went to see Callum today for initial meeting soon felt very at ease with him, friendly guy who obviously knows his stuff well, took full history from me and soon felt confident he knew what was wrong, he thoroughly checked his idea by testing various things on me. First session today with Callum. Great guy and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in depth about why I’m having the issues I’m having. It was also very interesting to learn about how the muscles and tendons work and recover. Looking forward to my next visit!

I had a frozen shoulder earlier this year and came to Full Potential for help in recover and repair. Luke was really patient and listened to all the issues I had with my shoulder. He quickly gave me some physio activities that could build up the muscle and improve mobility.

I was diligent with my exercises and he gave further exercises at each appointment that continued my improvement.

Very professional and put me at ease. I'm back to normal movement quicker than I thought.

Have been going to FPT for years, always fantastic care from Charlie and the rest of the team. Without their help I wound have probably given up hockey and running years ago. Recently helped with getting an MRI to check on my knee, couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks everyone!

As a life long racing canoeist, I can not recommend highly enough. A long term shoulder problem sorted with good diagnoses and treatment plan. Have tried others in the area and FPT are the best I’ve been to. 10/10

Fantastic care and support, great overall customer service. I met Julie for my first appointment, there was chance to discuss any areas of concern and it was a great session overall. Exactly what I look for in a Sports Massage; a friendly and knowledgeable team. I look forward to returning on a regular basis to help support my marathon training.
