As a chronic back sufferer I have sought treatment with Helen Cockle on a number of occasions ( not just my back, but other joints as well). Helen is always positive and encouraging and makes you feel at ease straightaway. The treatment is invariably effective: either in reducing the pain or eliminating it altogether. Acupuncture is relaxing and I have never felt uncomfortable - there are no negative side-effects -but the main thing is that the acupuncture treatment works and I have found it to be of huge benefit when it comes to dealing with underlying pain.
