Francesca is an AMAZING coach. In just one session, she guided me through a practice where I gained so much understanding of myself - exploring an inner dialogue I had never spoken aloud. She held space beautifully, allowing me safety and for me to get really vulnerable. I really appreciated her validation for my feelings around issues I raised.
