Not really sure how to praise Fran, as it’s not like a normal product or service you’re reviewing here.
If you are expecting a magic wand fix then you’re possibly going to be disappointed as I very much doubt such a thing exists.
I was very much like you that’s reading this, I was desperate for a quick fix as mental health issues can’t be described how horrible they are.
All I wanted was it to be fixed, and the strange thoughts to go away, as I had never encountered anything like this before in my entire life.
Fran however is very very passionate about her clients, to the point that when we were chatting I could easily see the passion and care she has in her face.
She has an easy going calm caring inquisitive personality and asks gentle probing questions taking down notes as you chat. She then builds a picture up about you and your personality and guides you into thinking differently.

I’m what you could describe as your stereo typical old school alpha male who never in a million years thought I would ever entertain speaking to a Mental Health Counsellor.
It was extremely enlightening for me especially talking to a counsellor.
Fran certainly got me thinking about things differently and trying things I would never have tried before. I always thought it was all mumbo jumbo previously.
But when you’re desperate/down and really really struggling and can’t control how your mind is thinking, you will try anything, and this stereo typical old school alpha male is certainly glad he did.
It wasn’t a really quick fix, in-fact I’m not sure it was actually a fix as such. It’s more of a learning process and being prepared to listen learn and be prepared to try the tools/suggestions that fran advises you to try, and find which one works best for you.
Good luck and give Fran a try I would say.

When I was searching for a counsellor the compassion-lead nature of Fran’s work really stood out to me, and that couldn’t be more reflective of her working style.
I was at my lowest point when I started with Fran and I can truly say that she has changed my life. I have learnt to manage my negative thinking and catastrophising to the point that it is no longer a daily struggle and I know that the lessons I have learnt will continue to serve me for my whole life.
I would highly recommend Fran to anyone looking for a judgement-free and warm environment to express their emotions. She provides well educated and thoughtful care and I will be eternally grateful for the time I spent with her.

I contacted Fran when I was at my lowest and could see no light at the end of the tunnel. I never thought I could change my negative thought patterns and thought anxiety would rule my life forever. Fran was amazing, always listened, gave me meditation guidance, made me think differently, learned new techniques together and so much more. She would celebrate my wins when I couldn’t see my wins. Fran completely changed my life and I’m a completely different person to who I was when I came to see her. I never thought I could be the person I am now who can manage their anxiety and has a more positive outlook on life. I cannot thank Fran enough , I’ve had counselling in the past but Fran by far is the one who’s helped me the most! Highly recommend.

I wasn't sure what to expect and was very apprehensive but my sessions with Fran have been invaluable. She made me feel completely at ease discussing anything that was on my mind and being able to let my guard down and express difficult emotions was a huge relief. We got to the bottom of damaging thought patterns and worked through tools to deal with them, which I feel confident using on my own now. Her guidance has enabled me to make what have been lasting positive changes. I have been able to develop insight and reflection and in doing so have been able to move forward from very challenging times in my life. I would definitely recommend Fran, she is a wonderful counsellor and I am very glad to know she is there if I need any future help.

I suffered with anxiety and depression for years. I started my sessions with Fran and everything changed. I had to put a lot of work in myself but Fran opened the doors. She put me at ease, I felt listened to and it constantly felt like Fran was asking the right questions. Frequently I would be shocked at the discoveries I made through simple observations from Fran.

I used to have multiple panic attacks a week and felt completely helpless with life. But now I haven’t had a panic attack in months. My outlook is completely positive and I really feel like I’ve been afforded a new life.

I cannot recommend Fran highly enough. If you feel trapped, anxious or depressed I would recommend Fran. It is money well spent.
