Jess is amazing!
She always makes you feel welcome and talks through what she is doing. Jess makes sure she listens what you need and it has great results. Jess has a happy, bubbly personality that always cheers me up when I have a session with her. Jess always makes sure that the environment is welcoming and clean. I definitely recommend her without a doubt.

Just had my first massage with Jess and can highly recommend. The initial postural assessment was very interesting and gave me things to consider when I am exercising. During the massage Jess gave special attention to areas of tension we had discussed and made sure she was applying the right pressure for me. She is very attentive to the needs of the individual. After the massage she went through exercises I can do for my posture and to help with an ongoing issue. I will definitely be booking again!

The massage itself was amazing I can already feel the benefit. So impressed with Jess's enthusiasm and determination to help fix people. I can't wait to see longer term results.

Her extensive experience teaching pole and flexibility has given her an in depth understanding of physiology and movement on top of the knowledge required for sports therapy.

Best massage ever!! I’ve been recently struggling with shoulder pains so booked in with Jess - she found where the pain was - really got in there to ease the tension in my muscles. She knew exactly where to get to! So knowledgable, professional and lovely!
And also gave me loads of after care tips and stretches to help with my tight side!
Will definitely book again and recommend to anyone and everyone

This was my first ever sports massage and I was a bit nervous but Jess made sure to explain everything to me so I felt comfortable. She was very excited to work all of my many knots out and I had a great time! I didn't realise how much tension I was carrying in my back until Jess got it all out! I will definitely be back!

Jess is an absolute star!!! Woke up this morning with excruciating pain in my right heel and completely unable to walk, Jess managed to fit me in this afternoon and has used her magical heeling hands to make it so that I can walk again.
Cannot recommend her enough!!!
