I worked with Fay as my spiritual Psychotherapist for a few months. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed from her, yet somehow every session built upon eachother as we dived deep into what I was calling for, where I was subconsciously holding myself back, or what patterns I was holding onto.

I was lucky enough to have a hypnotherapy session with Fay recently and was so glad I did. Having never been hypnotised before, I was a little sceptical at first about whether it would work. Fay put my nerves at ease straight away, explaining the process clearly. Her nature is calm and caring and she listened with empathy on my reason for attending. I followed her instructions, all the while she made me feel comfortable. During the whole process I was in complete relaxation. I came out of my session feeling happy and rejuvenated and the issues I had been facing were no longer worrying me. This is was a few months ago and those problems have not returned! Personally they allowed me to face obscure parts of myself and deal with them through feelings and intension and energy, leaving me with a sense of resolution and peace. Compared with previous traditional psychotherapy I had, I'd say that the work I've done with Fay is deeper and quicker, authentic and long-lasting. I was initially skeptical towards online counselling but just a single session was enough to prove that it's possible to work successfully online, feeling safe and held. I had my first ever reiki session with Fay and I’m so glad it was with her. She has such a wonderful calming aura and I instantly felt relaxed when I met her. I’d never had a session done before with anyone so didn’t know what to expect but I found the treatment extremely relaxing and felt a shift of energies throughout my body and a lovely tingling sensation. She picked up a couple issues in me that really related to how I was feeling at the time, and gave me advice to take home according. I was also previously struggling to get a good nights sleep for a while prior to my treatment and I had the best nights sleep that night I’d had in weeks. I would 100% recommend Fay to anyone and look forward to another reiki session with her one day.
