Having received excellent advice and service from Fairway three years ago, I decided to book an appointment with Rob following a new injury recently. Rob again helped identify areas I need to work on in order to recover and provided a clear and accessible plan, including a digital portal to videos and prompts to support the advice given. Fairway has excellent facilities and I have always been treated with respect and professionalism by the team. I would definitely recommend their services to family and friends.

Having met Tom at previous public seminars, I was more than happy for him to be my therapist on this occasion. His friendly yet professional manner is most welcoming. He was very thorough in his assessment of my problem, explaining everything in a way for me to easily understand and never made me feel rushed. I left going to see someone for two months because of the expense. I also thought there was little point as it seemed like the same injury as last time but just the other knee. So I would just do what I did last time. However, when I finally succumbed and decided to go back to physio I felt better, even after the first treatment. I was assessed and given exercises (but not overwhelmed) by them and he taught me some good strategies to help with the healing and getting the swelling down. I have more appointments booked with Rob but so far impressed. I'm an amateur athlete and semi pro karate instructor and I'm also on the GB vets squad. So being able to train is very important to me. It was well worth the investment to get back up and running, so to speak. Thank you Fairway!

I wish I had come earlier. Having been in pain to a greater or lesser extent with a shoulder injury for nearly a year I took my daughter’s advice and booked in at Fairway Physio. Rob has been absolutely brilliant. Three weeks into receiving treatment and I can honestly say things are so much better. There’s nothing worse than being pain from a sports injury when you’re an active person. I would recommend Fairway Physio to anyone. 5 stars from me!

Really enjoyable and informative workplace wellness session delivered by Rob and Tom. Rob is very knowledgeable and passionate about pain/injury prevention and management. Was a good bonding session for the team too! Highly recommend for anyone with a sedentary desk job!

We took part in a workplace workshop ran by Rob and Tom. It was really interesting to hear the facts behind pain related to desk jobs. I really enjoyed taking part in the tests to see areas we could improve and be provided with specific stretches for such. Thanks again guys!

Good welcome by Rob, a thorough history taken and physical review carried out. Once completed moved onto assessing the problem. Lots of physical movements and muscle pressure. Identified the probable cause and discussed how to address it.
An App was sent via email. This included a set of videos with required exercises. Easy to follow as visually demonstrated. Overall very impressed. The cost doesn’t feel excessive, no rush examination and following app seems good value.

I visited Tom for sudden, unexplained knee pain, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After just one session, my knee felt much more released and the pain had significantly decreased. Tom took time to listen, assess thoroughly, and provided a clear plan for long-term relief. Highly recommend him! 🙂
