Life changing. I have seen Lea for 8 months when life just became unmanageable and I didn’t know which way to turn. With Lea’s help, guidance and care I have untangled many threads and managed to make some positive changes to my life that have now changed it beyond recognition. I am happier, healthier and stronger than I have ever been. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and will continue to go for ‘top ups’ when life slaps me in the face (which inevitably it will because…well, it’s life!)

I have been going to therapy with Lea for a few years now since the beginning of 2020.
She is brilliant, her calming energy allows me to feel at ease and able to talk openly, even about the heavy stuff.
Lea has helped me through some of the most difficult years of my life, her wisdom and professional guidance is amazing and

I can't find a rating high enough for Lea, who as had the endless patience to work with me since 2019 when I approached her over issues in my marriage. It has been a journey, but the space and insight Lea offers, along with her vast encyclopaedic knowledge has been invaluable in helping me through almost every life event that has hit me over the last 4 years. Particularly good for those of us who have ADHD as Lea offers additional insight in this area. Calm, friendly, down to earth, caring and engaging - I can't think of anything else you would want from a counsellor that this therapy hasn't provided (above and beyond is an understatement) - Thank You Lea for your help and guidance over the last 4 years.

Lea is a wonderful therapist. Very patient, relatable and understanding.
