Nova Lewis has turned my life around. Like everyone probably thought “will this work”. I can’t recommend this type of therapy enough! Nova was always kind and understanding about my situation. I felt listened to on a deeper scale and I really felt a great connection with her. She knows what she is doing! If you are thinking about this then just do it and don’t wait for anything to get worse. I will miss our sessions but hope to be back for other disciplines. Thank you again!!

I found Nova inside a Facebook Group and we started chatting on messenger. I've suffered with severe anxiety for years through different reasons. I've been on medication and tried all sorts of things to calm my anxiety. Nova offered me a free consultation and gave a small taster of what to expect from her sessions. let's just say I was amazed and now, 6 months on, the sessions have really made a difference and I will continue to use the resources Nova supplied. After trying multiple avenues, I thought I'd take the plunge and give hypnotherapy a chance to help me with my issue of weight loss. I gain and lose weight quite harshly so I wondered if having hypnosis may help this time in getting me to think about it in a different way. Nova is very empathetic and encouraging. She made me feel very welcome. I liked the fact it was in a dedicated place rather than in a residence too. I never felt rushed when discussing things and always felt like I had her undivided attention. I did the first few sessions and decided I wanted to continue further with the additional sessions which I completed today. So after 8 sessions, I'm 20lbs lighter and ready to continue on my journey with a better feeling in myself that I can maintain this weight loss this time. Thank you Nova.
