Had a massage today for a right shoulder and back id been suffering with for a while. I managed to get an appointment with Alan. This is the first time I’d ever had a massage with a male therapist before- so I was nervous. However he made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire appointment. He was friendly, professional, funny and very good at what he does. I’ve come away feeling refreshed and in barely any pain. Thank you so much, can’t wait to book back in!

As a returning customer I had high expectations as my first experience was amazing, and Alan didn't disappoint. He's very thorough with his explanations and why he works on the body the way he does which I personally love. I'm a "need to know why" kind of person. Today, with my consent I was pushed a little out of my comfort zone, to challenge my body's weaknesses and had tried the cup therapy for the first time.
It's so nice to receive such treatments that at times were a little uncomfortable but to be at such ease with the person doing it.
