I was given by my lovely family as gifts treatments with Tracie, and I think they were amazing presents. I have had 2 x deep tissue massages ( absolutely loved them) and reflexology ( soothing and relaxing) so far, and looking forward to more. I would definitely recommend Tracie she is professional and takes time to find out what you need to give the best experience. Didn’t really know how much I needed this until I had the chance to go, my next massage is going to be 60 minutes of bliss and I can’t wait. Big thanks to family for introducing me and of course to Tracie xx🥰

Tracey is an amazing Therapist and person. She is friendly and leaves you feeling at ease when you meet her.

Her treatments are absolutely amazing. I've had Reiki, Reflexology and Indian Head Massages. They will leave you feeling relaxed and reset.

She has also trained me in these treatments and her training is excellent and easy to understand.

I highly recommend Tracey either for a treatment (she does a lot of different types) and for any training you want.

I’ve had numerous treatments at Essentia and they have all been exceptional. My favourites are deep tissue massage to relieve tension in my neck & upper back and reflexology for all round relaxation. Tracey is extremely professional and always delivers a personal experience, listening to any concerns and ensuring the treatment is tailored to my needs. She is highly skilled and very passionate about what she does. Whether we have a good chat or have a quieter session I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
