Stacey is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of her way to explain the benefits and background to the treatment. She makes you feel at ease immediately.
I had a complimentary facial to begin with and also the foot reflexology and I’ve never ever felt so relaxed it was one of the most fantastic experiences ever. .

My first time having reflexology & it won’t be my last. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel very welcome, the therapy room is a nice clean space with a lovely ambiance & relaxing seems to come naturally from the moment you walk in. Stacey explained what she would be doing & we talked about my expectations & what I would like to achieve from the session. The whole experience was absolutely amazing, I was so relaxed by the end of the session that I could have just curled up & slept!! I went away with a lovely warm feeling of well being which I’d never felt before & it made me realize that I was so in need of a little pampering. I came to equinox when Stacey had an introductory offer in October. I was heavily pregnant, incredibly uncomfortable and unable to relax or get comfortable in my daily life..... What an incredible investment in myself these sessions turned out to be!!!! Stacey worked her magic and after each weekly session I found myself relaxed in a way I hadn't felt in a long long time and even getting a good night's sleep (which in late pregnancy is very unheard of!)

I honestly cannot recommend her reflexology treatments enough!

Pontefract is growing and the centre is starting to become less a dying high street and more a thriving centre with new restaurants, bars, escape rooms, hair / nail places and more, but it does lack on the health spa treatment front, so this is a brilliant new addition. Stacey was professional but also extremely good at making me feel comfortable and at ease, and I thoroughly enjoyed trying reflexology for the first time in a safe environment that isn't in someone's home but instead a clean and spacious environment. Really hoping to see an increased range of treatments so I can finally get a good Indian head massage locally!

I recently had a reflexology session with Stacey and loved it. We started with a comprehensive chat about my medical history and how I was doing. Then a foot scrub and into the massage with reflexology. Stacey was really kind and considerate, and very professional. Paying attention to my feet is something I never ever do, and definitely should more! Whether you believe in reflexology or not, having a foot treatment while meditating and relaxing is absolutely wonderful. I felt so physically and mentally relaxed and refreshed and will definitely be back!
