I had suffered with a bad shoulder for approximately 4 months and didn't know what was causing the pain and traditional pain relief wasn't working. I had never had a Reiki treatment before, so it was a perfect opportunity for me to try something new.

The treatment was very professional from start to finish. Vanessa is a lovely lady who made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable. She listened to my pain points and started the treatment. It was so relaxing!

Vanessa caught up with me a few days later to ask how I was, which then made me realise that the pain in my shoulder had gone! I would definitely have Reiki again, and would highly recommend Energy Wellness!

I recently had a reiki session over teams- yes over a virtual chat platform. I have been suffering with back pain for some time and I thought I’d giver it a go. Vanessa was really informative and put my mind at ease , talking me through what was going to happen before the session started. Then, during the session, she continued to reassure me, telling me what she was doing snd why.
I felt relaxed and calm and after the session I felt very different. I would totally recommend this for anybody suffering with pain or discomfort and will be having more sessions going forward.
