Absolutely fantastic service from Ann-Marie! The counselling techniques used were really thought out, professional and the atmosphere in the room was always warm and welcoming. It’s very clear to see that Ann-Marie has many years of experience because after recently completing a block 8 sessions, I have learned a lot about myself, how I operate in relationships, the importance of understanding trauma in order to heal from it and what patterns of behaviour I need to improve on in order to be a better and happier person. I have recommended Ann-Marie to many of my friends and family for both individual or couples therapy and I would definitely return if ever I needed some more counselling.
