I love empathy so much. All the staff are incredibly friendly and reliable, they are considerate about all of their clients individually and I have never received better help. I had Caroline as my therapist/councilor and she was the most caring empathetic lady I've ever met. She has a unique ability to make you feel heard and validated without creating a tense atmosphere. She is super personable and extremely caring. She was consoling when I cried and positive when I needed support. I felt like I was talking to a friend with professional advice and zero judgement. She helped me better myself and my mental health. The staff are also considerate about finance and incredibly helpful. I know they are also active in the local community and are willing to help even in difficult situations. If you're looking for top of the range therapy and you need fast and fluent help, I would advise getting intouch with empathy.

If i could give a 10 star rating I definitely would ? from the beginning of me getting in touch with the Empathy staff and volunteers.. i can actually say that they have been absolutely Brilliant.. the way they work was explained in detail and i was under no elusion that i would find a counsellor suited too me.. straight away ❤️❤️ but they were quick too my responses and dealt with that in a very speedy and caring, compassionate manor ❤️❤️ i would highly recommend the team at Empathy in wigan xx all my love and best wishes too all who helped me when i was in a really dark and desperate place thank you very much love gill xx
