Wow!!! Karen is amazing and Cognomovement is brilliant! I'm not sure if I like that ball now after the emotions and feelings that have come out of me! I have had several shifts in my thinking and emotions and I feel so much better already. I think there is still work to be done but will definitely return to see Karen and her 'magic' ball when I need to. Moving is so much better than just sitting and talking. Highly recommend, thank you Karen and ball!
