After running a half marathon and a twist of the lower back at work I book in for a soft tissue massage with Martin. This massage was fantastic!!! Martin was very tentative to all the places that were sore, he was very knowledgeable of all there areas that he was concentrating on and gave me excellent advice. I left feeling so much better then I originally thought I would, not only physically but mentally as well. It was a lovely relaxing experience I would highly recommend and look forward to my next session

I have been treated by Martin now for a good while on his developmental and training journey. Originally, I didn't realise how mistreated and suffering my body was, and suffered injuries usually at times paramount to training or competition. Martin has an exceptional, indepth, and confident knowledge of how to strengthen and repair my most complex injuries and strains. I have not been injured in the past 12 months, and I am so pleased with the level of performance I can offer my sport and my crew.
I am not sure where I would be without Martins support, encouragement, and dedication to his profession. 5 stars really isn't enough!
