Ella is a fantastic therapist, super professional yet personable. I can not recommend Ella highly enough. She was my guardian angel for about 18 months during a very difficult time of life. I built a great relationship with Ella and not only did I trust her entirely, but there was a period of time I really looked forward to our therapy sessions.
Ella is understanding, patient and most importantly she listens and offers advice with realistic goalposts and achievements. Years ago, I was someone who probably had that typical male attitude of not wanting to talk about feelings or show emotions, but now I understand the importance of doing so.
