Elizabeth is wonderful!

Have been seeing Elizabeth off and on for 2/3 years for various reasons ranging from anxiety to self improvement. She offers a no judgement environment and a real safe place to talk about anything and everything. She offers useful, useable advice which has really helped both me and my wife. She helps us understand our emotions and each others emotions. Our communication has improved significantly. She's has personal experience which she applies to help me/her clients. She has tought us breathing techniques which I never expected to use but turns out they really work.

And to top it off she's a lovely person. I couldn't recommend Elizabeth enough. Even if she does occasionally get my name wrong ?

I found Elisabeth to be a compassionate and sympathetic counsellor. There is no judgement, Elizabeth uses a gentle but extremely productive approach to counselling that really helps to get to the root of whats bothering you.
