Beth is very empathic to clients who have been through trauma. She has untold experience helping people who have been or are in mentally and or physically abusive relationships.
She is also very knowledgeable and has worked with Neurodiverse clients. She is direct where she needs to be and offers a safe place for people to be listened to in a non-judgemental fashion.

I can’t recommend Beth as a therapist enough! I have come on leaps and bounds since having sessions with her. She is extremely knowledgeable, fantastic at listening & understanding what you are saying, and caring. She creates a safe space, in which I feel so comfortable to be myself. Beth always asks the right questions and will ALWAYS celebrate my wins and good moments with me, no matter how small! It’s strange to say that I look forward to therapy, but I do, as I know after my session with Beth I will always leave feeling empowered, and ready to tackle another day!
