It was my first time having any aesthetic treatment and I felt completely in safe hands. Hannah was very informative and friendly making me feel comfortable. I was so happy with the results of my treatment it was better then I had even imagined. Aftercare was brilliant which I think is very important if you have never had aesthetics treatment before. The clinic is beautiful with easy access and parking near by. Highly recommend Hannah to everyone

Wow my first time at Eighteen and I am so impressed, what a beautiful Salon with the most professional and friendly service I have ever received by someone I don’t know but now feel like I do.
Hannah’s professionalism and knowledge is by far impressive. She chatted and offered so many options. Hannah was super with her communication and contacted me when she had a cancellation and made me feel so comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble.

Hannah is incredibly professional and she will put anybody at ease, I was petrified on my first appointment. She spoke to me throughout kept me incredibly calm and I am absolutely delighted with the results and the overall experience.
Now every time I’ve return, I have no anxiety whatsoever and I absolutely love it seeing her. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Recently had Botox for the first time and Hannah is so lovely, kind, professional and knowledgeable. I have my 2-3 week boost of B12 to, which I would highly recommend. The clinic is clean and tidy and a calm place to be and has a huge range of treatments.
