I had the privilege to work with Sarah over the last 6 weeks. I have done many different types of therapy from EMDR, talk therapy, and psychedelic therapy and I can honestly say my 6 weeks with Sarah was truly life changing. We were able to use EFT work to help me access some deep rooted trauma linked all the way back to being in my mother's womb. I truly feel like I made some major breakthroughs in understanding where a lot of anxiety and deep rooted guilt comes from. Sarah is so patient, kind, and true joy to work with. I have found EFT to be a really useful and beneficial therapy but more than that I have found working with Sarah transformative. In my experience Sarah has the ability to work alongside her clients so that the exploration of issues feels very safe, she knows when to go in softly or when a more direct route is appropriate.

I have been a therapist for over 20yrs and it has been wonderful to be the client again for a period. Through EFT I have gained some real insights and benefitted enormously as a result. If I wasn’t retiring soon I’d would definitely train to incorporate EFT.

With all therapy, I believe it is the relationship that matters most and with Sarah I knew I was in very safe hands. She is kind, perceptive and very skilled in the therapy she employs. I would recommend her unreservedly! Thank you Sarah, it’s been amazingly helpful to work with you.

I was recommended to Sarah, and as soon as our sessions started, I knew she was the practitioner for me. I had very little experience with EFT, but Sarah guided me effortlessly through our sessions, speaking softly and helping me work through thoughts and beliefs that I had. I really did not know what to expect, but the results have been incredible. I have tried talk therapy on different occasions and never felt I got to where I needed to be. With Sarah's help and guidance in our sessions, I was able to see things so much more clearly and remove so many blocks I've had for years.

I have had 5 sessions with Sarah now and honestly the difference in how I feel is really profound. I feel lighter, less stressed and anxious, my headaches have really eased and I just feel so much clearer about things.
I have loved going back and looking at things in my past but in a really gentle way. The way Sarah guides you is brilliant, she is so calming and reassuring the whole time. I highly recommend EFT with Sarah. Sarah put me at my ease right away and explained everything really clearly. I knew nothing about EFT but was amazed by how quickly it worked to reduce anxiety and tension. Sarah taught me self-help techniques that I can now use in a range of different situations. I was so impressed by how gentle yet effective the techniques are. The most powerful thing for me was the trauma resolution which helped me work through some deep traumas and transform them into new positive memories. I'd never experienced tapping before and it instantly made me feel calm with Sarah's guidance. She then guided me through my body until we discovered a childhood memory that had been locked away, I had no memory of it before and the way we could re-write the story of that memory to make me feel more seen and understood is incredible! Since I've felt myself being more me and more fully expressed! Thank you Sarah what an incredible session!
