We arranged an ear wax appointment for my elderly mother-in-law, by contacting Dawn through WhatsApp. Dawn was quick to respond, and to fit in a home appointment. My mother-in-law was impressed with Dawn's professional and friendly approach, and was very satisfied with the results. Would definitely recommend!

After getting a piece of silicone earplug stuck in my ear, I visited A&E where they weren’t able to remove it. After contacting Dawn, she was eager to help me. She managed to remove it quickly and was very informative.
Dawn put me at ease which has made me feel less fearful and more confident in relation to doctors and nurses in general. If I could give more stars, I would.

I left a message on Dawn´s answer machine, she called back within half an hour and she offered me an appointment for half an hour later which was after her last of the day at 7.45pm. I can´t thank her enough for being so caring Understanding and patient. She was very informative and explained everything simply and clearly and kept checking that I was OK through out the procedure. Definately recommend Thank you .

After struggling with ear wax for sometime, I had a free check done by Dawn, who explained why the ear drops weren't working.
I was able to arrange a convenient appointment to have the ear wax removed.
Dawn was brilliant, she explained everything clearly, and provided me with a choice of ways to remove the ear wax. I knew I was in safe hands. The wax removal was relatively fast, with Dawn contantly checking that I was comfortable.
I'll be going back to see Dawn every 6 months to have my ears checked from now on.
I'm so pleased I found you Dawn. Thank you!

Posting on behalf of my Grandma, Avril Dowds - Dawn was fantastic throughout my appointment. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I suffer with dementia but Dawn made sure I was comfortable and informed through out. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Dawn!

Dawn recently collaborated with our Together We Rise Up Women's Networking Group to offer free ear wax checks. She gave a very informative and insightful talk and took her time to see person individually. The feedback from everyone was great! Many walked away with reassurance or clarity of further treatment that was needed. Dawn is highly professional whilst being warm, welcoming and fun. I would highly recommend her

I managed to grab a free ear check from Dawn at the recent North East Expo and I'm glad to say it was all clear. Whilst I have never had any issues in the past, it's always a good idea to get a check-up every once in a while. We also had an interesting chat about links between hearing loss and dementia so bringing awareness of this to the public is just another free service that Dawn is providing. I'll be keeping an eye and ear out for future sessions and I'll be spreading the word around the North East.

Met Dawn last week, she was so patient and professional. She checked my daughter’s ears and with detailed information I was able to find out more on her services to help my daughter. Will be definitely booking in when needed with dawn in the future. Highly recommend
