2 Drs never can get an appointment, and getting past the receptionist is like the krypton factor (old rude one) is impossible. It's a joke. Reception are so rude and intrusive. They can't be less interested in whatever you say. Always try and cut you of and get you of the phone. As it's so busy. But when you walk in there's never anyone even waiting for an appointment. Absolute joke.

Phone for an appt today, told you need to phone at 8am to get an appt.?
Could not give you an appt for a weeks time.
Who has the time to sit by the phone and hang on ?
Poor service. Why do GP receptionists ask medical questions ? Are the some what qualified.

Why cant there be a more friendly way to make an appointment rather than jumping through hoops to get an appointment.

Very poor experiences.

If i could give no stars i would, had a house call as all weekend was in tears and in pain with no medication for a ruptured disk pressing on my sciatic nerve. requested a house call and the so called doctor Murrey came in said she didn't have time for this and i should have gone to the surgery and walked out. shocking and unprofessional so complaint being logged. shocking is an understatement. w have to wait another week for appointment.
