We tried to register with the practice on three separate occasions. Each time the reception staff were rude and unhelpful, providing a different excuse as to why they were unwilling to help. My partner and I both have mental health problems and its very demoralising when you are just trying to stop yourself slipping further down the ladder. There was zero compassion or empathy for our situation.

I have been triying to call several times, finally put in queue, waited 15 minutes as i reach queue position 1 it just hangs up. Now the 4th time. I have spent the last hour on the phone for nothing. I am ill need to see a doctor and i cannot even get through on the phone. Reason for call: still ill after several visits there, they refise to do a serious check up. This is medical neglection!

Easily the worst drs surgery i’ve every been to. Impossible to get through to on the phone and make an appointment and the most unhelpful staff/drs. Aways waiting long for results back from tests.
