I found Donna online when I was looking for a therapist with specific areas of expertise including EMDR. Donna helped me through a really tricky time and she did so in a warm, friendly way with patience and understanding. I liked that it was a two way conversation in our sessions and I really appreciated Donna’s points of view and opinion where she thought appropriate. Her sense of humour was reassuring and I still now, after our sessions have finished, remind myself of her encouragement if I have a wobble. It’s also worth mentioning that I found EMDR to be amazing and I’m glad I chose to pick who my therapist was for it rather than get given someone randomly, without building a relationship, by my GP. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Donna and if I feel the need for therapy again in the future, I will return to her. Thank you again Donna.

Donna is so gifted at what she does. She has a great deal of empathy which makes it so easy to talk about things. She guides very perceptively in a safe environment that enables finding solutions to problems and issues seem effortless. Her warm caring nature really encourages openness and honesty. She is most definitely the best counsellor I have experienced.
