I went to see Steve following the breakdown of my marriage to see if he could help me with the issues I have around relationships and behaviours that had become destructive and were effecting my well being. I saw Steve through the summer of 2022. The work we did helped me to understand why I behave the way I do and importantly I was given the tools by Steve to address triggers and behaviours which when put into practice worked within a few weeks and have made me have a totally different outlook on my life and given me a sense of empowerment that I have not had before to deal with these issues that I honestly did not think I would be able to do. I will continue to put these into daily practice as part of my strategy and approach to my life and I credit Steve with enabling me to see that there is a solution and I am enough. I’d highly recommend anyone with relationship, intimacy and behavioural issues to go and see Steve.
