Called in last minute to see if I could be cheeky and so glad they squeezed me in, not only did I get some fabulous French manicure nails( still my own nails but mine were shocking! I was embarrassed to show them)I had a really nice hour with all the ladies in there, they are super friendly and genuinely lovely people. Thanks again and I will be back!

Definitely not...from the start had to remind her to do my patch test then my appointment didn't get the colour I wanted apparently didn't take but I've had it done elsewhere few times wanted blue black and it's just black didn't get offered a drink. Then couldn't style my curly hair so went to frizz then dye every where over my back all round my head and ears got sent out like that my daughter had to wipe it off with me then apparently these are my roots already after 2 weeks pics was taken only one side ? But you can see all my other side no growth hardly after having a baby was looking forward to having my hair sorted and it's has dry has I went in after apparently having a treatment on it no cut included for 80 pound well over priced compared to other salons yes I should checked first but just assumed would be included has it normally is everywhere else not just colour 80 pound
She did offer me another appointment but cancelled has she said go docs first see if I'm not going bald then second appointment I cancelled through childcare which cnt be helped so now she isn't making it right or giving me any of my money back never again !!!!

Great experience. I was a bit nervous as I hadn't had my nails done in a long time and get some social anxiety. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Had a lovely conversation in shop with staff and other clients. They asked me what I wanted and confirmed I was happy before proceeding. I only went for acrylic application but will go back for full nails the next time funds allow.
