My treatment with Katrina was excellent, I had a lymphatic drainage massage with some reflexology as well. It was very relaxing and effective for draining puffiness on my face. She is a very experienced and well qualified practitioner with many options available and so much knowledge in her field. Update:
Visited Katrina today for a heel problem as she successfully treated my back with a few sessions previously. As before she was amazing and so skilful and knew exactly what the issue was. She gave me exercises to complete and taught me how to stand correctly again so as to realign my walk to treat my heel. I can’t praise her enough. I will be booking weekly sessions going forward. She has a vast range of treatments and I Quite fancy the Indian head massage at some point too🤣 Thank you again Kat you are wonderful.

As a builder I have quite a few issues with my back and enflamed muscles. I was recommended to Katrina by a friend who had used her many times previously.
I had never previously thought about Reflexology as a way to treat my sore back muscles. Upon meeting Katrina at her studio she was extremely professional and friendly and put me completely at ease. She first completed a survey with me of previous medical conditions and diet etc so she could tailor treated to my particular issue. She explained extremely well what she was going to do and why she was doing them. The whole experience was an hour and a half and was so relaxing and therapeutic that The time flew by. When the session was over she gave me advice on how best to deal with dietary requirements/lifestyle choices so As not to have a repeat of my current back issue. I have to say, i don't think i have ever felt so relaxed and calm. My back feels better, but i’m under no illusion that i will need more treatments. I have booked weekly sessions for the foreseeable.
Katrina is amazing and a very talented woman who clearly knows what she is doing. Not only reflexology but in calming your mind and body. I will obviously be recommending her to all of my friends and colleagues.

So far, I’ve had 3 reflexology treatments with Katrina at Divine Health and Wellness. I have found them to be hugely beneficial. I’ve had reflexology before but I find Katrina’s gentle touch much more intuitive and relaxing. It has been extraordinary that just through the touch of my feet she is able to tell so much about my wellness. We have worked on some specific problems I have been having with my sleep, and I have found the treatments to have really helped. I visited Katrina 3 times for pregnancy reflexology from 6 1/2 months. It was really calming and she was able to give me useful tips on which body parts I needed to relax and focus on. I also had head massages which were a lovely treat! Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax during pregnancy - I intend to go back once I've recovered!
