I would (and do) recommend this course to everyone, including students working toward their GCSEs and A levels, new parents, those studying/working in all fields of health and nutrition, GPs … and the list goes on. It contains so many valuable ways to support and maintain good health; an essential part of everyone's first aid kit!

The knowledge and learning is easily accessible and understood, no matter what your starting point. It comes in easy bite-sized chunks, with interesting case histories, recorded content and written content. Every module can be down-loaded for future reference too.
