Anna is a calm and sympathetic listener who gives you confidence that you are being heard as the person you are, rather than being categorised into a type of problem. As she says on her website she can not change your situation but, through a range of strategies, can arm you with the means of accepting, coping and finding peace.

I speak as a carer whose situation is never going to get better but who, with Anna's help, can now deal with the overwhelming '3 o'clock in the morning' thoughts of fear and dread at what lies ahead in my future.

It isn't a magic wand that Anna waves. I had to put in the effort and practise. Some of the ideas worked well almost immediately and some not so well at first but Anna was always flexible in adjusting methods to meet my needs and good at keeping me positive.
